During this course, you will learn how to manage your mobile devices with the BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (BUEM) solution. You will understand the BlackBerry architecture, be informed about the software and hardware requirements, and will have the opportunity to install and configure BUEM and BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server (BEMS) products.
Through hands-on labs, you will configure profiles, policies and settings for a wide range of mobile devices, including Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and Windows 10/11. High availability, updates and migration of different BlackBerry platforms will also be covered. You will also get important information about licensing and support gaining a valuable insight into troubleshooting.
Target group
This workshop is designed for IT professionals involved in mobile devices deployments, from server-side administration to end-user device enrollment and configuration. Basic experience specific to mobile device management is recommended. Experience with Android, iOS/iPadOS, macOS and/or Windows 10/11 devices and UEM solutions in general would be beneficial.
